    accepting the terms of use....

    It wasn't a child account never was associated with a another account it was set up as adult account from the biggining .

    He have called the xbox support and got a case number !!

    The New Terms of Use

    I decided to go play live on my xbox today, and when I went to sign into my live account, it told me to read the terms of use. I pressed ok or accept, and it took me to a sign in. It told me to sign into a parent account. I didn't know the password to it,
    so I went to go change the password online, but it said the email was invalid, as in it wasn't registered. I typed in the exact same email, and it doesn't let me change it on the xbox. I don't know if I'm making any sense here, but I need help. The email I
    use isn't even the same email it showed. Please help!
