Where are the results for MS Ultimate Word Games stored on a Windows 10 desktop machine

Thanks for the suggestions. I always login (not as a guest) and I only use the one device. So it does not really give me any clues.

I'll take your advice and visit the Microsoft Casual Games community page. I dropped my Facebook account so that limits the number of avenues that I can explore.

I did some research on the FAQ for Ultimate Word Games and found this for the possible issue with your syncing.

If you want to earn Xbox achievements or maintain your Daily Challenges progress, you'll need to sign in to Xbox Live with your Microsoft account. Otherwise, you can play as a guest.

If you sign in with your Xbox Live account after playing as a guest, and it’s the first time you’ve signed in using that account while playing Microsoft Ultimate Word Games, any progress that you made on your
guest account will automatically be migrated to your Xbox Live account. This means that you won’t lose any progress, and you’ll also earn achievements for progress made.

If you sign in with your Xbox Live account and you’ve played Microsoft Ultimate Word Games on another device, your progress saved in the cloud will be synced to your device, and all of your progress and achievements
will appear.

I do not own that game so I can not confirm where the files are saved on Win 10 PCs. There a forum just for this game that could lead to that solution.

What’s going to happen to the existing version of Wordament on my device?

If you’re currently playing Wordament on your Windows 10 tablet or desktop, you’ll be automatically updated to Microsoft Ultimate Word Games. All your achievements and progress will be stored in the cloud for
when you play the original version of Wordament on other devices (for example, Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8/10). Don’t worry – you’ll be able to earn new achievements and progress as part of Microsoft Ultimate Word Games!

At launch, you’ll notice that Frenemies are not available, but this will be included in a future update.

If you play on Windows Phone 8/10, iOS, or Android then you can continue to play the original version of Wordament without any changes.

I think my question was misunderstood because this answer doesn't address it. I have a laptop and a desktop. MS Ultimate Word Games Daily Challenge is on both and I play them on either depending on which machine I am using at the moment. I also play Sudoku
Daily Challenges and Mahjong Daily Challenges. Both Mahjong and Sudoku are in sync between the 2 computers so when I complete a day on my laptop, my desktop shows the day complete. However beginning in May, my Ultimate Word Daily Challenge does not work that
way. Whatever day I complete on my laptop does not show completed on my desktop and visa versa.

I have just recently got error 102 trying to play MS solitaire on my Galaxy 9. I was playing MS Ultimate Word Games on windows 10 desktop and kept getting cannot download data from cloud. Would appreciate if we could get an update on what the status is.
