    Where are the promised June Xbox One Games With Gold?


    Hi,

    Hopefully I'm just doing something wrong, but I can't seem to find Xbox One Games with Gold.

    I already own an Xbox 360, but recently bought an Xbox One with Xbox Live Gold which has been applied to my account.

    However whenever I go to the "Games With Gold" page on the xbox.com site, I'm only presented with an Xbox 360 free game, not the Xbox One game I was expecting.

    I've not previously downloaded any Games With Gold games for the Xbox 360. Do I somehow have to tell Microsoft that I now own an Xbox One as well as my Xbox 360, even though I'm using my Gold account on the Xbox One?

    The dates for the Xbox One Games with Gold programme have not yet been confirmed, however it has been said that it will start when the next version of the OS is rolled out to the public, which should be on or around 9th June (the day of Microsoft's E3 Press
    Briefing).

    There's nothing you need to do at this stage, it simply hasn't begun yet.

    It looks the first game - Max: The Curse of the Brotherhood - is now free to download. As I type this, my console is currently downloading it.

    They said coming in June...they didn't mention when in June it would come, however. I would expect them to announce something at E3 on June 9th and for it to go live that day.
