Where are the games I keep paying to play?

Kindly go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and click on Payments & Billing > Then, select Order history, you should be able to find the purchase of Premium you made. From there, if you click the item, it should take you to the Microsoft Store listing where you should be able to download the game again.

If the transaction is not there, which means the game was purchased on a different Microsoft account. Please check your other accounts' Order History.

yeah i went and got a ps3, this was the last straw. i will only be keeping xbox around for halo 4. also it's free to play unlike xbox where you pay to play on user hosted sever's......

Very simple. Pay and play. No pay, no play. And you can keep 360 games as others stated.

If there were a pay to play option I wouldn't pay it. Mostly because this isn't the kind of future I want to see in gaming, where you actually have to pay now to even just PLAY the game, besides XBL Gold and actually buying the game, I really care about
the future of gaming, and paying to play would just be enabling a horrible gaming future. Though I hopefully doubt this will ever happen.

I've spoken to support and thats where I got the answers above, not a single minute of the game has been played and I contacted them the night it was purchased.

So by your accounts I should at least be entitled to a refund, but they just keep instantly saying no. Why am I paying for a defective game that your own launcher can't download?
