Where are the categories or Genres on the new store UI?

    Where are the categories or Genres on the new store UI?


    I signed into yet another frustrating update from MS. On the previous store there was access to genre categories, you could select for example Action and Adventure, Horror, or FPS and RPG in movies/games respectively.

    And yet now, I find there are even less movies to search through and no access to any form of category/genre filter.

    I have searched all over MS website, and there doesnt appear to be any form of support for this.

    Can anyone shed some light on how to refine genre searches?

    WOW! The netflix update that came out yesterday is amazing....

    I like the new one.

    The old one got to the point where instead of letting me pick from categories/genres all it would say is "because you watched..." so I had to search everything :p

    Where are the Private Categories?

    You'll need to use the resources at the top of the quiz for assistance on completing the quizzes. As you currently won't have access to the Ambassador forum, you won't see that category yet.

    You can choose to ignore the new touch interface on Windows 8 and purely use the Windows 7 UI.

    I honestly don't know where this myth came from that you are stuck with this new touch UI?

    Here's another video. I like the new main UI. However, I think the sub categories are a bit bland. Profiles, Game Hubs and others i think are better on the current UI. Showcases, the achievement leaderboards and other stuff are missing. Hopefully they add
    those back in future builds.
