Do US gamers pay additional tax that is included on demand xbox 360 games?

i have not bought any of the games on demand however i know on my last arcade game i bought (perfect dark (n64 arcade game) was 1.99 + tax however the tax was 0.00 and totaled to 1.99.

this is in florida where we do have sales tax

as bongkaos said to keep the receipts as your expected to pay a "use tax" however its a low number of people that really pay that tax

 

Haven't recieved summer of arcade points

During the summer there was a promotion where if you bought three summer of arcade games you would get 400 microsoft points. Well, I bought three summer of arcade games and I have yet to recieve these points.

 

OK, so if I solely bought British products and refused to buy anything else, even if I prefer it, because it is made by "bloody foreigners" I guess I'm not racist k.

 

Microsoft does alot for my local schools and charities. The billionaire lives here. Most of Xbox profits are not from the hardware its from the licensing of course. I don't see a ps4 soccer team in my state. Lol yet Xbox sponsors one

 

PS4 sponsors all premier league football (real football not handegg) in England. Does that somehow make them better than Xbox?

 

First of all. I believe in the products. i believe i am getting a better product. I love GM cars and Xbox and even apple. i like windows operating system over android. i would not buy them if i didn't think they were better for me. but if it were
near tied i would buy USA products.

 

Buying products made in your own country over a product made in another country is in no way racist - it simply shows national pride.

 

You constantly moan about how superior PS is and yet you seem to think that buying US is buying a better product. Newsflash, it ain't.

Buying local because you want to, not for climate change reasons, cost, or superior quality is buying into the idea that people are born unequal and inferior/superior depending on their background and location.

 

Xbox has always sold better in USA than any where else. what's so hard to figure the reason why. The 2 consoles play identically 90 percent of the top selling games and are always priced very close.

 

Duck. Not once I ever compared playstation on a forum. I have never played one since playstation one of course.

 

If you say they pretty much play the same then why do you see the xbox as failing?

 

On the arcade subject. I really think the 360 arcade is an awesome feature. Its not even a feature on the x1.

 

Duffell. only 5 million sent to stores. All the stores are completely stocked up. So i would guess 3 million in sales. that's not enough for a game developer to sell to. My guess is they sold less than 200k of games like kinect rivals and tomb raider.

 

The Arcade strangled games by only allowing a 2GB limit unless they had a disc release. The Xbox One has no such section because it has no such restriction. Games are games are games, now.

Who says every store is stocked up? The stores in Germany have been effectively permanently out of stock for the most part. It will go green, and within a week be red again.

VG is not to be trusted. I suspect Microsoft have sold 4.5 to 5 million consoles by now judging by Titanfall's Xbox One success of 1,000,000+ purchases.

I guess KSR sold 2 to 3 hundred thousand, maybe 5 on the outside. Tomb Raider is not even MS, why would that matter? For the record, the two releases of the game (TR 360/PS3/PC and TRE X1/PS4) have sold 6 million copies in total. Not bad.
