    Where are my Xbox Live Rewards gone


    I have been with xbox for around 15 months and in those 15 months it says i have 0 live rewards points even though im constantly getting achievements and buying things please help me out my gt is

    Xbox Live Rewards Re-Directs to Microsoft Rewards in Australia & years of points are now lost ?

    Hello. I have done years of surveys in Xbox Live REWARDS. Now when I go to Xbox Live Rewards, it re-directs me to Microsoft Rewards Australia, and all my previous points are gone. Where are they ?

    I tried to redeem my point from bing rewards, but my bing points are gone and I did not get my xbox point. Where are my points?

    Where are my Xbox Live Rewards gone

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Achievements will only earn credits if there is a specific offer for them. Those offers involve purchasing a game for a specific genre and then earning a set number of achievements in that game.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2015, we made some refinements to the program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default
    rank. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Hello iHunt81,

    Since Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards in the US region, where you have registered, there is no way to change your Xbox Live Rewards region.

    The transition to Microsoft Rewards from Xbox Live Rewards will only affect specific Xbox Live Rewards regions, where they will be transitioned to Microsoft Rewards. As a US member, you already have access to Microsoft Rewards, for example.

    Normal rewards deposits are by the 15th or end of each month if you have 5,000 credits and over
