    Where are my two codes for six months service of Groove Music Pass?


    I'm a new subscriber for Groove Music and didn't get my two codes for six additional months of free service. Nothing in my email yet.

    This promotion is called Groove Music Labor Day Deal, if that helps.

    Groove Music Labor Day sale code not received

    Hi, There was a deal where if you subscribed to Groove Music for the Labor Day sale, you’d get two 3-month tokens for Groove Music in an email by the end of September. Spetember ended, and I never got my codes. I have never subscribed to Groove Music previously,
    I am eligible for the promotion and I did not receive my codes.

    I joined groove music with the black Friday deal. It's now been over 30 days and I did not receive my plus three code.

    I responded to an email from Microsoft on 7/13/2016, signed up for a 30 day Groove Music Pass subscription on the promise by Microsoft for a 90 day Groove Music Pass access. A promo code has never been received. I was passed from one chat support representative
    to another to another to another and then after spending 30 minutes was sent here. Maybe this will get resolved soon.
