where are my saved games

not all xbox app saves are saved in that location, many save in different locations.

*If you are playing on Xbox, you can find saved data of your progress in each game, just go to your games and apps, click the menu button on the game, select manage add-ons and games, click the third option where it says saved data.

If you play your games through the Xbox app, you will find them as follows.

By default, your games will be saved to the C: drive and the common location for saved games is C: \ Users \ NAME \ Saved Games \ GAME. Once you find the folder, you can back up the files to another storage device.

i would google each game for locations, they could be in the save folder, documents folder, apps folder or even cloud. there is no specific save location.

It's called WindowsApps.

It's encrypted and protected. You can actually take ownership of it, but doing so is still pointless as it will still remain an encrypted folder.

If you've migrated to a new PC or re-installed the OS you'll need to take ownership of the folder to delete it in order to install new apps and games to the drive.

they are under an encrypted folder called apps on whichever drive they are installed on, you cannot access the files as microsoft went doen the route of encrypting the folders. if you access them then they will become unplayable.
