    I was sent a link in my emails saying if I didn't x amount of dollars befor 4/1 I would receive points I also did one that said if I bought ghost recon and have it shipped to my house by mail I would receive more points or Microsoft credits when will you
    guys keep your end of the bargain ? I'm starting to feel like it was false advertisement

    I couldn't find anywhere else to talk about this and I don't know if anyone else has the same problem or related issue.

    My reward points are usually far too late in deposit. I completed the May survey on the 10th May, and considering the terms clearly say "All points are deposited on the 15th or 30th of the same month", I should've had those points five days ago! On the 3rd
    May, I also renewed my 12 month Xbox Live, so that means my 400 points which are still pending should have been deposited along with the survey reward.

    I am really expecting these points to be deposited by the 15th of this month, not the 30th. I am finding it rather silly, especially if the points are set for an automated deposit into your account.

    This is an issue I'm currently having so It'd be great to get an email back.

    They should be transferred to your account automatically. If they haven't already, you'll need to ask in the correct, rewards section of the forums.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    Hey richie. Smwutches is correct. It looks like you unlocked your first MyVIP Star level this month, so you'll be earning payback Credits on your eligible purchases for November. These will be calculated at the end of this month, and Credits will be awarded
    by December 15th. Hang tight!

    First, lets go over a quick overview of how to currently earn Credits in our program.

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. In September 2015, we made some refinements to the
    program. One change that happened was an adjustment of MyVIP purchase thresholds. If you did not reach any MyVIP ranks with your purchases from September 2014-August 31st 2015, you were placed at a default rank. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

    I can see that your Mafia 3 purchase recently promoted you to your first star. Gratz! As Murphs says, we calculate MyVIP payback on a monthly basis and award by the 15th of the following month.

    The purchase of Mafia 3 post-launch would mean that purchase went toward your MyVip rank/rebates. If you have at least 1 star your monthly purchases are calculated at the end of the month then deposited around the 15th of the following month (keep in mind,
    you have to have at least 1 star to receive the rebate). So you would not see any credits for Mafia 3 until mid-November as it would have been calculated on October 31st.

    For Call of Duty Infinite Warfare, that digital title by itself does not qualify for rewards, however it is part of the punch card which means you would have to purchase 2 more digital titles on the list to receive the 15,000 reward credits.

    You will want to re-familiarize yourself with the program because it has changed dramatically since September 2014. Nearly all reward credits come from completing missions on the mymission page, and MyVip resets yearly and the requirements have changed since
    a few years ago.
