    Where are my rewards? Am I doing it wrong?


    I have bought many games and add-ons over the past 6 months by while on my Xbox one tabbing right 4x to the Xbox store there any buying them. None of these many transactions are showing on my Xbox live rewards page. What am I doing wrong? Have I spent all
    this money with no reward credits? Thank you for any info or help

    I bought 3 games from the Xbox store in November but have still not received the VIP credits or reward credits for doing so.

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    Hello SPUTNIK1965,

    We only do MyVIP payback on $10 increments. Since your purchase in January was beneath this amount, it was reserved to complete a $10 portion in a following month. Since your only other purchase occurred in February, from our FAQ:





    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    Andy, that error comes from using Firefox.

    Only way to view these pages now really is use IE. And yes, loading times are very slow here :)

    It's the same for me mate, I'm using IE9 in compatibility mode.

    Sometimes I even have to click a link two or three times for it to load, otherwise I get some sort of a black page.
