Where are my reward points

I don't have much money so i do little things such as the surveys to get reward credits so I can get a little bit of money for games or dlc but I haven't received any of my credits from 5 months to now and I just want a cheap game but I can't get it unless
I get the credits annd all i need is one dollar to buy the game or 250 credits to get the one dollar and I did this months survey but I still don't have the credits. Help?

Where are my reward points?

I couldn't find anywhere else to talk about this and I don't know if anyone else has the same problem or related issue.

My reward points are usually far too late in deposit. I completed the May survey on the 10th May, and considering the terms clearly say "All points are deposited on the 15th or 30th of the same month", I should've had those points five days ago! On the 3rd
May, I also renewed my 12 month Xbox Live, so that means my 400 points which are still pending should have been deposited along with the survey reward.

I am really expecting these points to be deposited by the 15th of this month, not the 30th. I am finding it rather silly, especially if the points are set for an automated deposit into your account.

This is an issue I'm currently having so It'd be great to get an email back.

They should be transferred to your account automatically. If they haven't already, you'll need to ask in the correct, rewards section of the forums.

You can only request a deposit at 1000 or more pending Credits. Since you are beneath this amount, you cannot request a deposit. We do not see any record of you taking this month's survey. If you have only recently taken this survey, keep in mind that activity
takes up to 96 hours to be processed.
