    I bought for HONOR to take advantage of the 2 missions, one to purchase said game, 2 to purchase an content for a total of 16,000 point but haven't received them?

    I purchased skyrim in last hours of Black Friday, I also bout infinite warfare season pass from Microsoft but there are no point I don't seam to be getting the right amount of point for some time but it's easy to check these purchases, please help

    in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. The only recent offers for those games is the Games on Demand punchcard,
    but both games would have needed to be preordered along with a 3rd game. Since they were bought after release and there were no other offers, you would only receive credits if you qualify for VIP rebates. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and
    given by the 15th of the next month.

    The promotion to purchase For Honor offers 5,000 reward credits for the purchase, you must unlock all 4 levels to receive the 10,000 credits. As content only qualifies for one promotion at a time (no double dipping) you would not be rewarded 5,000 for the
    "Warrior" promo and 6,000 for the "Simply Rewards".

    The reward team will review your account and reply to you here to affirm or correct the above. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    okay fair enough, but at a glance it's misleading. Just a thought, maybe be more see through with your advertising. Because that's the impression I got.

    The Simply Rewarding offer will allow you to "double dip" and will work in conjunction with other offers. However, we are currently experiencing an issue with our purchase information from around the beginning of the month, and are working to bring
    that data up to the current time. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once this data has been received and processed, we will update this thread.

    Keep in mind that as Murphs says, the purchase component of Warrior Rewards is only 5000 Credits. You will have to complete the full offer to receive the maximum Credit amount. However, this purchase should complete the first level of Warrior Rewards and
    Simply Rewarding.

    As Smwutches says, the only offer we have to receive 15,000 points for each individual pre-order is our MicrosoftStore.com offer for hard (disc) copy purchases. Since your purchases were digital, they did not qualify for that offer. Regarding your payback
    for the month of September, this would have normally happened by the 15th. However, issues with MyVIP processing has caused us to delay this payback to the end of the month to ensure that users are appropriately Rewarded at the correct MyVIP level. Apologies
    for the confusion.

    There are two ways to earn Credits; offer completions from the MyMissions page, or generic payback on eligible purchases from MyVIP once you have spent at least £200 GBP. Game consumables, pre-orders, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.
