my gamertag is , I have4,383 pts that were supposed to be deposited into my Xbox account on January 11th, it's now the 15th and still no 4$38cents, Xbox live rewards, what is your deal sometimes u stick to ur word but then the 9 other months I'm
stuck waiting for my rewards indefinitely until you get your last added around to depositing my rewards. Do your job and put the money on my account when u say u will. I only spend a few grand a year to get dollars back a month, u think ud respect members
like me.

I purchased skyrim in last hours of Black Friday, I also bout infinite warfare season pass from Microsoft but there are no point I don't seam to be getting the right amount of point for some time but it's easy to check these purchases, please help

in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. The only recent offers for those games is the Games on Demand punchcard,
but both games would have needed to be preordered along with a 3rd game. Since they were bought after release and there were no other offers, you would only receive credits if you qualify for VIP rebates. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and
given by the 15th of the next month.

You only get a automatic deposit once you have at least 5000 points pending.

If you have more than 1000 points pending you can request a early deposit via the rewards site.

read again, u can request once u have 1000, which I did and I gave me my deposit date as Jan 11, now the last two months they have been do there job and I've been get my points whatever day they say, doesn't have to be 5000, to get them on a different day
than 15/30th, so u answer is wrong, I should have my point s, that why forums suck, Microsoft has gamers work or give their opinions and there usually wrong, like u!!

As Smwutches says, the only offer we have to receive 15,000 points for each individual pre-order is our MicrosoftStore.com offer for hard (disc) copy purchases. Since your purchases were digital, they did not qualify for that offer. Regarding your payback
for the month of September, this would have normally happened by the 15th. However, issues with MyVIP processing has caused us to delay this payback to the end of the month to ensure that users are appropriately Rewarded at the correct MyVIP level. Apologies
for the confusion.

There are two ways to earn Credits; offer completions from the MyMissions page, or generic payback on eligible purchases from MyVIP once you have spent at least £200 GBP. Game consumables, pre-orders, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.
