    Where are my played games for quickstart?


    My games stopped showing up on my homepage, and I had to go into some settings to make them start without going to that awful gamecard page first (though it still not doing this correctly). However...my frequently played games are no longer showing up on my home page...just some tips box i can't get rid of...how do I set things back how they were I hate this setup

    Nothing seems to fix this issue.

    Hey there, TheGentleman343. Can you tell me exactly how you are streaming from TVersity? If you haven't yet, you may want to check out their official support here for instructions:

    Red Phaeton, are you also using TVersity? If you are, can you try the troubleshooting guide I posted and let us know if that helps?

    xbox one apps and games hang on quickstart

    So I finally did the factory reset option, and for 5 days my xbox one worked smoothly with games and apps opening instantly from quickstart.

    Alas today the problem reappeared and I had to hard reset it to regain control.

    Does anyone know how long it would take them to replace/return my xbox if I send it back?

    No, by shut down I mean I don't have it on quickstart

    It is an official day one machine.

    Maybe what I will do is unplug from the router so I don't get a cloud save and start again

    Unfortunately it is still doing it, will probably have to contact microsoft to see if they know of the problem and have a solution.
