    I've received a few messages a while back with promotional codes and full games to redeem, but now they are gone. How can I access them to redeem those games and stuff? Do they auto-delete or something?

    Live messages automatically get deleted after 30 days. If you post the content you're looking for codes for, support can see about resending them to you.

    Now that is a problem. I can't remember which games were awarded to me. I never imagined one day my messages would be gone.

    I just received the codes and saw the messages via the app on my phone.

    Is there still a way to recover those codes?

    Nevermind. Microsoft just sent me another message and the conversation (a.k.a. the other codes sent a few months back) were there because of this last message.
