Where are my MyRewards/MyCredits?

I'm new to Xbox and the point system was one of the reasons I went with Xbox One over PS4. But for some reason I can't seem to be able to earn any points. Since getting my Xbox One I have upgraded to Gold Membership, purchased digital games online and unlocked
achievements within said games all of which I thought should contribute to my points but my rewards point balance is still zero. I chatted to Xbox support about it and they couldn't figure out what the issue is and asked me to post here.

myRewards are not posting

Hello LA2two,

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

myRewards are not posting

I have that error on my account that myRewards are not posting because my account needs updating. I've triple checked and everything is correct. Can this be fixed please?

 

are you referring to the gamer score? if so it says you have 490

 

The rewards credits that are supposed to be convertible to cash once you hit 5000 is still sitting at zero for me. I see this when I log in at http://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards :

I know for a fact that from the above activities that are supposed to give me rewards credits I have done at least 2, being completing achievements and renewing Xbox live gold. So I'd like to know why I'm not earning any credits here.

 

Dont worry they will turn up. I had one turn up over a month after. Just keep checking.

 

Thanks for your reply bro. I waited as you suggested and just got my January rewards statement via email and everything is still sitting neatly at zero. I even completed a survey under my missions that was supposed to get me 250 rewards points but still
nothing not to mention buying a few more games and completing a couple of achievements.

This has been a complete turn off and even though I like the feel of the XO controller better, I find myself playing my PS4 more and more and the Xbox is just sitting there. With the Xbox One being so sluggish I feel that the rewards were one of the few
things that interested me in the platform and that's obviously not working for me for whatever reason.

I've decided to give this forum thread another week or two and then call consumer affairs. It's ridiculous that MS doesn't have a support line that you can call to sort this out and as I mentioned before the Xbox Live support couldn't help and directed me
to this forum.
