Where are my Minecoins

Go to the Marketplace and select My Content to see all your items, check if any content appears.

Log out of your account in the Microsoft Store, Xbox App and Minecraft Launcher.

Then log back into the account you used to make the purchase and see if the problem persists.

If the problem still persists, I suggest you contact Minecraft support so they can help you with this issue;

Hi Robllott, this issue can only be resolved using the https://support.xbox.com/ website (subscriptions & billing section and select contact us if you need more help).

Although one thing you can check is which account was used to buy the game because it is possible to buy the game on one account and play Minecraft using a different account but the Minecoins will not be available in the different account.

I just bought the Minecraft Starter Pack and the 700 Minecoins that are supposed to be included simply aren't. I've seen other people have this problem, but there doesn't seem to be a solution. Any ideas?

I have the same issue, I noticed where I downloaded the game it showed what was included in the pack, I clicked onto the minecoins and saw there was a "redeem now" button however above it there was a notice saying "700 minecoins is currently not available"

I'm not sure where there is an issue with the system just now? Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Hi i am a minecraft p,ayer i redeamed my minecoins online and are saved on my microsoft account but instead of minecoins there are tokens what are tokens and where did my minecoins go playstation support couldent help and it was the same with minecraft support
