WHERE ARE MY MICROSOFT POINTS?

I purchased several Microsoft 4000 point cards in the past that I used to buy games/etc. on my xbox 360. The point system was changed and I was informed that those points were placed in my MS store account, but I can't find the store where these points are
supposed to be. I had $70.00 in points that have taken from me by MS with no redress. Where are my Microsoft points/cash?

Where are my Microsoft credits

I just found my statement for reward credits

Apparently my reward credits have been transferred a few times to microsoft credits

But I have never had a balance on my Microsoft credits

So where are my credits being transferred to

Where are my microsoft points?

I renewed my membership to gold via the dashboard of my xbox on the 29th of March 2012. Now, the deal i had went for was buy 3 months, get 1 month free and 480 microsoft points for £15. Now since i renewed it, i was advised that my points would be deposited
into my account in 3-4 weeks. 5 weeks later, i am still waiting for those points to be deposited into my account. I have just spoke with an advisor via chat support and have been directed here. I am a very loyal customer who has been with you since Dec 2003,
so i thought that maybe there would be a probably and i wasnt fussed waiting a few extra days but its been a week and still nothing. Can i get some help please?

You can check your balance at Sign in to your Microsoft account Any points that were converted to currency when the point system changed, would have expired on June 1, 2015 if they hadn't been used by then.

depends how long ago did you put it in?

As per the terms of the transfer you had to use the converted points within a year

My points were never posted to my Microsoft account, anywhere. And it was at least three years ago. This is the only reason that I boxed up my Xbox 360; I felt, and still feel, Microsoft stole my money.

if they never posted you should've addressed it back then

If you bought the points out of region that would be why

You can only use points from the same region

If you have an invalid code error you need to address it back then now it's too late

if you used out of region points or changed your account region your currency wouldn't have transfered over as they are region locked

This is something you should've addressed in 2015 not 2016-17

account, not directly deposited. So please check that email address (inbox and junk folders!) and let us know what you find! Also, the token would be sent out in 4-6 weeks, which we are in the midst of at this point. That said, I looked at the promotion itself
and it appears that fulfillment is happening now, so the good news is you will have your points within a week or two, if you don't already! If you don't have anything by the end of two weeks from now, please do let us know so we can chase after these points
