Where are my fifa points

i just bought 12k fifa points i got proof of payment , the money is removed from my bank account but i got nothing ???

Thanks for the help but it did not work, i bought the coins through the xbox app so ea wont help me, they send me back to microsoft and guess what, they are also not helping lol

Hi Maark,

If you have not received the Fifa points, you will need to get with EA. As they are the ones who the currency comes from. As this is a developer issue, I will lock this thread to prevent repetitive answers.

Hey bro! Have you tried holding your power button for 10 seconds ? This will flash your console and reset it so thw coins should pop up’

It can take some time for those to show up. Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

I understand that you need assistance with your FIFA points. Just a friendly reminder, sometimes, it can up to 24-72 hours for in-game items to reflect or show up in our game so waiting a bit might help but while waiting, I would highly recommend removing and re-add your profile from your console so the system will refresh your account.

Make sure that you know your account logins before doing these steps.

REMOVE PROFILE:

To remove a profile: From Profile & system, select Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select a profile, then select Remove.

POWER CYCLE CONSOLE:

To restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, and then select Restart console > Restart. To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

RE-ADD PROFILE:

To add an Xbox profile to a console, press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile & system. Select Add or switch, and then select Add new and follow the instructions.
