Where are my credits/gems?

We see that you have received payback and one Games on Demand completion for your activity over the last few months. Looking over your purchases, it sounds like you may be unaware of two things. From the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Also, we see many consumable and pre-order purchases in the last few months. Please keep in mind that those purchases are not eligible
for MyVIP, as specified in the FAQ. We hear your frustration about Out of Stock or unavailable items in the MyVIP Vault. We are doing a series of MyVIP Vault restock deployments, the first of which will be happening in the beginning of May. We'll be restocking
with many of the items people have asked for. Keep an eye on the @XboxLiveRewards Twitter handle for Vault restocking and prize announcements.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.

MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015
and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you were a zero star member until last month, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Keep in mind that as stated in the FAQ, MyVIP payback is awarded as a monthly whole by the 15th the following month, so it is too early to see February payback. In addition, also as stated in the FAQ, purchases that go towards offers do not also give MyVIP payback.
As mentioned previously, subscriptions like Game Pass and Gold are not eligible for MyVIP and do not award payback. There are no offers that award Credits for purchasing a subscription.

Aswell none of the credits I bought using gems went into my lifetime credits.

A statement of both your Gems and Credits can be found on your MyRewards page, and will show a complete account of your Credit and Gem events. Both Credits and Gems for this offer are currently pending on those statements.

Make sure you're checking the
MyVIP page. The pictures you're showing are from the MyRewards page which will only show gems you've earned from from completing specific challenges or milestones. Gems from offers will not show there.
