where are my 15000 credits and my rank 3

i preorder 6 games before december ended including the games final fantasy, resident evil, call of duty infinite warfare etc never received points which i should have received 25000 for 6 games preorder through punchout. Also before the new update i was
at rank 2 with 86% but now im at 0 i should be at rank 3 with all the money i spent before update please fix.

Disappearing XP Points

Earlier today, I was very close from ranking up from level 58 to level 59. I completed my last war games match to earn the monthly challenge and 15000 XP. It put me over the top for Rank 59, well on my way to Rank 60, and unlocked my specialization
helmet (Engineer EDGE). So I go to Spartan hub, equip my new helmet, exit out to the main menu, and from there went to Waypoint. When Waypoint loads up, it says I'm still like 2200 pts away from Rank 59. I go BACK to Halo 4, and find the monthly challenge
still shows I beat it, but the 15000 XP are gone. My newly unlocked helmet is RELOCKED, and I'm at Rank 58. The helmet I equipped has been replaced by a standard Recruit helmet. I go through a quick Spartan Ops mission to get me back over the line to Rank
59, and unlock the helmet again, but WTH? Where are my 15000 XP??? Grrrrrrr.

so I used my gems to get credits it's the 15th I havent gotten them it was before the end of last months cycle and its mid cycle now its 15000 points where are they?

 

The pre-order promotion was only for 3 pre-orders on the list for 15,000 credits, subsequently if Resident Evil 7 was one of the pre-orders the FAQ stated that would not be counted until 3 days after the game launches (which is January 23rd 2017) so that
was one of your eligible pre-orders then it is too early to see those 15,000 pending credits. Subsequently, pre-orders (as well as subscription, in-game currency, and hardware) are not eligible for MyVip increase. So after the January 1st, 2017 reset if you
were 2 star @ 86% then you would be 2 star @ 0% moving forward in 2017.

The reward team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply to threads. They do not work weekends and reply oldest to newest. They will review your pre-orders to see if there are any issues with the 15,000 promotion.

Murphs mentions, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award progress or payback, which is why your progress did not increase.
