Where are my 15,000 rewards points?

I purchased the Halo Master Chief Collection digitally on 12/8 and I have not received the rewards points! The bar that is supposed to show my progress on getting the reward is just grayed out.

Missing 45,000 points!

I recently preordered Gears of War 4 to recieve 15,000 points. Then Skyrim for 15,000 pionts and Dragonball Xenoverse 2 for another 15,000 points. It's been months and I still haven't seen any of my xbox reward points! Where have they all gone and how can
I recieve them as none of them are appearing in my rewards page or my on my xbox.

 

Where are my reward points?

I purchased the Ezio collection because I like the game and wanted the 15,000 reward points as well. I bought the game on December 10th and it should arrive today but the points are not in my account. I am looking forward to the game, but where are the
bonus reward points?

 

I purchased it on disc on Nov 11th 2014 I should get a reward also.

BTW we don't feel the need to compensate those that brought the broken game on launch and actually had to deal with not being able to play MP. We already have your money ahahahahahahahahaha

343 is really bad at compensating people I pre ordered the Disc Version of this game on June 9 th 2014 when it was announced now I can't even play it at all.......... 343 should give something to people who pre ordered the Disc Versions of this game that
is unplayable.

 

We will get something. A useless exclusive skull and wallpaper. They'll act like they gave you the best thing in the world too.
