Where are my 10% cashback money as a 5 stars' Xbox Rewards Program member?

I've 5 stars on my Rewards Program so every month I received 10% back of money I spent on digital games' purchases, but last 2 months I've not received money although I've spent 194 euros on digital games. Please give me my 10% back as a 5 stars' program
member so I can have the money on my account to purchase other games on the Store.

You Compete Me Rewards

I recently, Thurs 2/15/2018, purchased both Call of Duty WWII ($38.99 before tax) and Destiny 2 Digital Deluxe Edition ($64.99 before tax) trying to complete the "Cherish the bonds of bro-ship" step in the "You Compete Me Rewards" Mission. However, when
I look at my Mission page under the You Compete Rewards, the first task has no hearts and does not appear to be filled out. I bought the games digitally on the Xbox store and they are listed directly as options of games you can buy. So, why are the rewards
not showing up? I tried to talk to Xbox Chat today, but they said they couldn't do anything and that I need to contact Xbox Live Rewards Program directly. They also said there is no direct way to contact y'all at the Xbox Live Rewards Program directly, except
via the Forum. So, here I am. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A side question: where can we see the cashback that we've earned? I spent over $290 in January and December on digital Xbox games, and I am a level 4 VIP so I should be getting 8% cashback on purchases, around $23. Where do I find if I have received this
money? And where do I find out where that money is deposited? Is it deposited as 23,000 rewards credits?

 

Rewards does not recognize my GOLD and credits

Dear Support,

I have 5 star rank for the xbox live reward, and last month I bought many games and so far I haven't received any rewards credit(april). Could you check if they are marked as 10% (GOLD).

Every month between 08 and 10 I get some cashback in my account. Every month I buy digital games as well.

Another problem yet...

In my Rewards panel, the information I am not GOLD. But I am GOLD and I think my purchases are being marked as 5% and not as 10% (correct).

Could you help me ? And the purchases I'm making, will I lose my GOLD status?

When your fix this problem?

From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

So your pre-order in October is not eligible for MyVIP. Also in the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We just calculated last month's MyVIP, so it was too early to see the Credits pending.
