    Where are all the games I purchased? My list is empty.


    About four years ago I owned an Xbox console and I bought a bunch of games for it. I sold the console and wiped it clean before doing so. Today, I'm now using the PC Xbox app, with my old user account, same one, except my games list is empty. Where are
    all the games I purchased? Do I actually need an Xbox console to access my games? Do the games I purchased under this account expire after a certain period of time? My "Account History" shows one 5-dollar transaction for "points" (that's the only description)
    back in 2012. Where is the transaction history showing all my game purchases? Thanks for any help and advice.

    P.S. If you cannot play console Xbox games thru this PC Xbox app, then what is the point of this app being on PC? What is the purpose of this PC app if not to play my games on it?

    Hi, the xbox app isn't meant to play the titles of xbox to the pc as an emulator because it isn't.

    If you own an xbox one you can stream your games to your pc and play from the pc with xbox one powered ON and connected to the same network.

    As for your title list, without being 100% sure I think it shows you only the games for PC since you are on PC, if you have an xbox one with the same account you will find your games.

    FYI some games that are in the "Play Anywhere" list can be played in both PC and xbox one as long as they are digital and not physical discs

    Digital code trouble

    Its not in my purchases and there was no more codes. There was a total of four codes. All of them worked except for this one, where i got one of the two games it was for.
    All redeemed code is recorded in the purchase list, check your purchase history to see if Gears 4 is in the list.

    My "saved games" list is empty, and there is no way to change the directory.
