    I have been a Xbox live rewards member for a long term and every 4 or 5 months my points disappear i would like to know own y and where are all my points this is starting to become a hassle I would like t ok get this fixed can u and will u help me thanx

    Gamerscore does not represent how many Microsoft Points you have

    Gamerscore are points you earn for completing achievements.

    Microsoft Points are virtual currency for the Xbox Live Marketplace that you either get from the Xbox Rewards Program or by buying them.

    Where are all my points?

    I hadn't registered for a while, having my xbox in my basement and not trying to connect wirelessly.

    I got more then 1800 points in achievements before yesterday, when I decided to join Xbox Live. I was delighted to see I got a free Gold membership for a month, but what's going on? The download pages say my Account Balance is 0, even though I have the points
    and achievements and when checking them it says I have the 1800.

    So where are all my points? And if I'm not supposed to have them, why not? Why am I not entitled to what I earned playing games on this system?

    Hello SquatterScroll6,

    Your Credits are disappearing because every time you have reached the 1000 Credit minimum to request a deposit you have done so. We then deposit the Credits into your Microsoft Account as usable currency, so they are no longer in your Rewards Account.
