    My sons xbox i bought montjs ago wont stay on

    ibe tried all the recommended restarts etc still not working

    it needs reparing or replacing

    honestly im at my whits end!’

    Xbox One PSU overheating

    If it is under warranty, you should be able to send it back and get a replacement for free. I would contact support first. If it is under warranty, they should send you a replacement one once they receive the faulty one.

    If it is not under warranty, you could attempt to send it back for repairs, but this may also cost money.

    it means it is dead, if it is under warranty then get it replaced. or send it in for repair.

    before sending it to microsoft for repair i would speak to the shop where it was purchased from, you could get a replacement from them under the 1 year warranty.

    worth a try atleast.
