    Whenever I turn my Xbox on i get an error message


    Every time i turn my xbox on i get the message 'something went wrong' and i get an error code '0x80070490'. I am unable to access the Xbox home page and I have tired hard resetting my xbox but that doesn't work. Any suggestions?

    Cant buy anything on Xbox Store

    I haven't been able to buy anything on the Xbox Store. Whenever I click to buy it I get an error message. I've tried it on my Xbox, phone, tablet, PC but they all get error messages when I try to buy something.

    What's going on?

    Keep getting message "Some Xbox LIVE content is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later" (error 80072ee2) after switching broadband provider

    I recently moved from Eircom to Sky broadband, and while I was with Eircom I never got this error once. However, ever since I moved to Sky, I get this message every time I turn on my Xbox. If I delete and download my profile again, the dashboard will show
    the normal LIVE stuff, but that's only temporary and whenever I restart my console I get the error again.

    Could someone please help me out with this?

    Xbox Series X doesn't want to connect to 5GHz connection.

    I'm not getting any error message whenever I try and connect, my WiFi is both 2.4 and 5Ghz, it just doesn't connect to it when it should since it's a quicker connection (260mbps)

    I've restated and power cycled my Xbox countless times, even resetting my Xbox (keeping apps and games) to no avail.

    Sadly I can't split my 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz WiFi but I could turn one off and on, though there's no guarantee my Xbox won't connect back to the 2.4 once it's turned back on.
