Whenever I try to enter ''My Account'' site I just get an error message

I have been trying to cancel auto renewal online but I can't access ''My Account'' site

i cant sign in!!! help!!

ok, so a while back LIVE sent me a message over xbox live and said that i needed to enter in a security code for my account so no one else could sign in to it. i ignored it. a few days ago i was at my friends house and i couldnt download my account. an error code popped up. now when i try to sign in to xbox live on my computer, it makes me go through all this crap. my email hooked up to xbox live is hotmail and it is microsoft too. i have to enter that stuff in my hotmail account too! Help!

 

Logging into xbox live

I am having a problem signing into Xbox live. My brother and I each have a gamertag on one Microsoft account and whenever I try to sign in, a security check pops up. I enter my account info and I get an error message saying it's the wrong info, even though
I just today verified my info. I can also log into the Microsoft account on the computer. It really is frustrating and really need help.

please try a different browser like IE or Firefox, if that still fails contacting Xbox Support is the best thing to do. Xbox Support is able to turn auto renewall off for you and hopefully see and fix the issue why you can't do it yourself.
