Whenever I try to digitally buy a Xbox 360 game it says "please try again later"

so when I go in to buy a 360 game on the Xbox one, I click on "see price" and when I do it says it's "working" but then a message pops up and says " sorry, we cant connect to the store, try again later". But i can buy anything else in the store and can play
online games with ease. But it won't ever process a backwards compatibility purchase. And Its not my wifi at all. I've tried wifi resets, even hard console resets about a million times. I've tried literally everything, but nothing works a thing all. I need
help!! Ever since the day backwards compatibility became a thing this has been a problem for me since day one. And all of my friends can butcher 360 games but it won't let me

what is this! i've tried everything that the support page says but it still doesn't work. please help

Will not let me buy Torchlight from the marketplace or Xbox.com.

Everytime i try to buy Torchlight from the marketplace, it says "Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE, Please try again later"

Then, when i try to buy it from Xbox.com, it says "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

So, what do i do?

what happens when you try to purchase a 360 game via xbox.com?

Also please check what country is shown in the country field (2nd column) on this link: https://live.xbox.com/Account/BillingAccountInformation

and make sure that the Xbox One console is set to that same region (if possible)

Keep in mind that you will need a payment option that matches the country on the account in order to purchase 360 content

I am on pc and im playing minecraft for windows,whenever i try to buy minecoins it loads for 5 minutes then nothing happens,and it also says “were having trouble connecting to the marketplace right now,please try again later!”.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you're sure that your Xbox Live region matches your physical location, you are not a child account, and you have a valid payment method on file, you may want to reach out to your local
phone/chat support. They can dig a bit closer into your billing/account and hopefully get you sorted.
