Whenever I try installing any games using my xbox game pass, my laptop just restarts saying...

I finally got it sorted out.

First of all i had to reset my pc after backing up my data and creating a recovery pen drive.

Then using the recovery pendrive to restore windows , after that i entered my credentials .



Then it was followed by countless windows updates till i i finally reached the OS build 1902.

Then i installed Glarysoft registry repair software(Free to use).

After which it scanned my windows registry n fixed a total of 164 registry problems.

I had to scan after each windows update.

Then i headed to microsoft store and installed xbox (beta) for pc.

Right now i have put Wolfenstein 2 on download and its still downloading but by God's grace my laptop is not restarting as before.

I thank you all for your suggestions and i hope this answer will be helpful for those who face the similar problem.

I suggest you first try using Glarysoft registry repair before attempting the whole procedure that i mentioned above.

I have already checked and i meet the requirements

I am gonna try reinstalling the xbox app if that works and then if it doesn't ,i will try it on my other pc today.

Will keep everyone updated as many users are having the same problem right now.

I have searched for solutions but I can't find anything, the most logical thing that comes to mind is if you meet the system requirements.
