Whenever I start a match besides Arcade on Rainbow Six Siege, my game crashes?

I understand, I think the problem would be the data saved in the cloud. Since when you restored the console you were able to play something and when the data from the cloud finished loading, the error automatically returned. So follow these steps:

1. From Home, select My games & apps.
2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
3. Select the Saved Data box, and then choose the item you want to delete.

In this case it would be to delete all the data since we do not know which one would be corrupt, I leave you a link to obtain more information:

These steps are what you should take into account to solve the problem:

1. Restart your Xbox console.
2. Make sure your Xbox console is updated with the latest version of the operating system.
3. Check if there are updates available for the game and make sure you have the latest version installed.
4. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
5. If the problem persists, you can try resetting your Xbox console to factory settings (Saved your games and apps).

If you want the steps to reset your console, I leave them below:

1. Press the Xbox Button to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information.
3. Select Reset console.
4. On the Reset console? screen. You will see three options, you must choose the one that says Reset and keep my games and applications.

Hi Daniel, the only trick that (almost) worked was the factory reset which allowed me to play one match of something else before crashing once again. Nothing works

no, I’m not experiencing any crashes on other games it’s only rainbow six siege that crashes whenever I load into a match. My internet is fine but I will see if my console has a update but if not I’ll try to console cache. I’ve see other people with this issue aswell on Xbox with only siege but not solution for it so I’ll see if any of theses solutions work

I am not a member of the preview program, I did try the full hard reset that deleted everything and that didn't help that's where the pictures above came from. I played rainbow six siege, rocket league, and assassins creed odyssey. I didn't run into any
texture problems with those three games but rocket league had a couple of crashes/freezing, rainbow six siege only froze briefly before one match and then caught up and had no further problems and assassins creed is running flawless.
