    Whenever I receive a new message on the Xbox series S, all of my old messages pop up on the bottom of the screen. Is there a setting or some way to make this stop?

    Try to perform a cache clear with the following steps.

    Remove your account from the console

    1. Press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    2. Unplug the power cord from the back of your Xbox.

    3. Wait a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.

    4. Press the Power button on your Xbox to turn it back on.

    5. Your cache should be clear at this point.

    Log back in with the account.

    For example, I will go online on a game and if another user sends a message about playing together, after the message goes away, a number of older messages will preview at the bottom of the screen.

    Same here, I've been In the preview dashboard beta signup for two years. I bought a new xbox one s, downloaded the insider hub app and enrolled this new xbox in the program. My old xbox received the new dashboard update. On my xbox one s I am receiving this
    error message.
