    Whenever I login to my microsoft account, playstation version of minecraft gets stuck on...


    It seems that I manage to login my microsoft account on PS4 Minecraft, but after 2 or 3 seconds the game gets stuck on the spinning background world, mine is in nether. When I close and open the game again I have to login again, which makes my game get stuck again. I am stuck on this loop. Please help me, I just want to play with my friends.

    Whenever I try to login into my microsoft account on Minecraft PS4 Bedrock Edition it always says i’m already connected to an account but yet it still says “Sign in with a Microsoft Account”. There is no way I can remove or log out of this account, and even
    when i click on “Sign in with a Microsoft Account” I go to https://aka.ms/remoteconnect, type in the code, login with my new Microsoft Account, and it says “You’re now signed in to Minecraft for Playstation 4. You can safely close this window.” But then on
    my playstation it continues to say i’m connect with an account but tells me to sign in with an account.

    Please tell me if i’m doing something wrong or what do i need to do?

    Unlink deleted Microsoft account from PSN

    I have spoken to Minecraft support and all they can tell me is the same, that the playstation has to be relinked to the same Microsoft account and they have directed me back to Microsoft to get support.

    Since my Microsoft account has been deleted permanently, I'm assuming this now means I can never login to Minecraft on my playstation ever again?

    Hi Lucas,

    I only have one Minecraft account also only one PlayStation network account.

    I also try to create a new Minecraft to login same PlayStation network account, same error in both account - Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on “PlayStation Network”

    I’m very sure I use correct account to login my Minecraft account :(

    I have already spoke to playstation and as minecraft is developed by mojang which is a microsoft program, and the issues i have are with microsoft account login. They said to speak to microsoft. I just want to get my account linked to the correct microsoft account
