Whenever i load up the xbox app on my pc i get a error message saying 0x8060010 something...

I did a clean boot, error persits.

I reseted at least 5 times the Xbox App in Settings.

The Troubleshooter for Windows Apps only says that the Problem can't be repaired by the Troubleshooter.

And Yes I reinstalled the Xbox App.

I have noticed when I get the error message in the Xbox App and I restart the App I get an infinity loading screen and I have to restart the entire PC to get it working again.

(sfc/ scannow find no corrupted Files)

The message in Reach is just an ad, not an error message. To my knowledge it will always come up whenever you load the game.

The messages work correctly on my Xbox One X, and the messages show up correctly on account.xbox.com.

I have tried loading the messages on the (PC) Xbox app on two different devices, my desktop and my laptop. Both of them fail to load the messages.

Interestingly the (Mobile) Xbox app on my phone loads the conversations successfully, so it only seems to be affecting the desktop app.

However the (PC) app does work with a different Xbox account, it is only affecting my main account. So I suspect my conversations have got into a weird state on the server that only the (PC) Xbox app is unable to handle correctly.

Yeah I've tried the Xbox Game Bar app, if I try to send a message it says "Something went wrong, try again later" and if I try to add a friend it won't let me.

When I try using the Xbox app on PC it won't even let me browse the community tab and everything I boot up it has a notification to change my Privacy settings even after I change them, reboot, logout, login.

With the app on Android I get an error icon when I try to add a friend or send a message.

When i try to load up the tab to enter the sweepstakes it gives me a blank screen then it says "An error has occurred. Refresh your web browser to get back on track" but when i try to refresh it just keeps popping up with that same message, i have tried doing it on both my phone and on the Xbox console's Microsoft edge app and i just get the same thing with the message.
