When your xbox damage a product disc and digital

So i bought halo wars 2 a long time ago.

It work fine, but my xbox damage one day my product.

Halo wars 2 was digital and not on disc.

I could not play the game anymore. And throw away all save data and everything.

Download again and stops right away.

Every little thing I do it stops and give a code like 0x80070570

I know what its about and did every step on xbox live support. And on forms and youtube but nothing works.

So after that i get my money back. And buy the game for sort while ago (3days) on disc. That is what the guy on the phone say to me. Buy it on disc that while work. So the guy works for microsoft i thinking oke i will try but suprise its not working. Still
the same **** again 30bucks away.

So somebody please help me or somebody with brains from microsoft because i was ripp off its feels like.

Disc lens cleaner

Its not advisable to use disc lens cleaners or any other product of the kind for they can damage your console.

My Xbox One is reading discs

Check the disc game for damages, if that is the case you have to replace the disc . If there are no damages visible try another disc game to check the functionality of the disc driver.

To file for repairs: Create Xbox Console or Kinect Service Order | Xbox Repair

More than likely one of these solutions will work for you:

1. Power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

2. Delete your gamertag, power cycle then redownload your tag

3. Factory reset the console. There's an option to keep installed games/apps so you won't need to reinstall.

Is it a digital download or disc your installing try deleting game clean disc and reinstall check for damage on disc

Sorry to hear about the disc read errors! It does sound like the disc being used may be damaged, however luckily

Forza Horizon is now free courtesy of the Games with Gold program until September 15th, 2016.

If your disc is damaged, unfortunately that disc may need to be replaced, but if you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription (which your forum icons show that you are), go ahead and snag the digital copy for free!
