when you unfreeze my account just because i whrite a wrong code number!!!!!

microsoft freeze my account because i do a error in my code number...i buy another gift card and boom, my account is frozen, i cant put any gift card.... your service is very bad , no customer service its ridiculous, thank you very much!!!!!

Account suspended becouse of really bad 3 month gold renewal problem

Hey, i have 3 month gold renewal ON and i can't get it off because always when i'm trying go to my account settings, it asks me to put security code which has been sent to my cell phone. The problem here is, that i don't get any security code, because i
have put wrong number there. And i can't change my number until 10.1.2013. And my account has been suspended, because i can't pay my 3kk month gold, and the reason is that i don't have money on my visa. I have gold left for 14.1.2013, but i can't go to live
because my account has been suspended. Can you help me out here ?

Hi there, in having problems logging into my Xbox the verify number that's sends the code is wrong on the Xbox and I cannot access my account. I can get onto my Microsoft account and ice changed the password but the number on the Xbox is wrong that sends
you the code. Please help
