When you start the game throws at dashboard

Dashboarding issue returned?

If I play campaign, throws me to dashboard.

If I finish an online game, throws me to dashboard during the intermission.

Battlefield is such a good game ruined by EA being woeful.

 

Finally picked up the xbox one

Press the start button on the controller when you have the app open but your on the dashboard at the same time ...you will have the option to quit the app or game. But only works when your on the dashboard.

We did all general steps with this user in Russian Xbox forum, plus he changed his ISP, used cellular connection and even exchange his console to other in store, two times.

So this error is persistent for all consoles he get from store, technical support in Russian department stated, that he can't download licenses to his console, because of his network connection, but he tried different ISP's, with and without his regular
network equipment.

 

Sorry to hear it. Can you run a test at speedtest.net and post the results here (ping, upload and download)?

If he can't download licenses to his console it might be an issue with the account though but we'll see.

He live in Vladivostok, it's mean low latency ping in speed test to servers in Vladivostok and high latency ping to Microsoft servers, like ~340 or more ms. But for his area it's normal, it phisically can't be better right now, because new optic broadband
cable is not ready yet.

As for account, official technical support checked it already, at least they say so.

 

Try on Coway Corp: ping 285 ms, download 7,83, upload 3,65.

 

That's not good at all. At this particular point I would suggest seeing if he can connect from someone else's net near him to see if there's any improvement. If not then I'm going to have to suggest that this might be strictly an account issue.

He could try deleting his gamertag from the console, power cycle it and then redownload to see if that helps but other than that it may have to be thrown on the shoulders of phone support for them to escalate.

 

I tried to remove the account and reset the console to the factory settings on the three providers, and download it all over again, the problem persists. Support in Russia can not help me and make troubleticket.

I created a new, clean account, factory reset, download the demo version. the problem persists.

 

I noticed that in the Developer Console Console IP 0.0.0.0 and Toolkit IP - 0.0.0.0 - is this normal?

Where did You find this information? You have developer console on Xbox One?

 

My Xbox360 work fine on this ISP and router settings. No problems with online, games and services.

Ah, I see. Please keep in mind, that this menu is only for developers, who develop games for Xbox One, so nothing interesting can be found there.

As for Your firmware version, You have latest firmware, that can be installed right now.
