When you sign into someone's account on Xbox one, do you have their license?

So for example, lets say friend A had friend's B license, and the friend C download's friend's B account, would friend A lose friend's B's license privileges? And friend C would have friend B's license? Likewise, when you remove friend B's account, you would
lose their license instantaneously correct? Once this happens, no one has access to friend B in conclusion. Please help me understand this better.

Xbox Live Gold/Family Account/Multiple Consoles

You cannot sign into two Xbox One consoles at the same time on one account. If they're signing in separately, then that would work.

In order to share your games/gold, the boys accounts have to be using the console you set as their Home console. If they sign into any other console, they will no longer have access to those games/gold. If they do sign into your account before signing into
their own, they can still access the games. You would not be able to sign in on the One without kicking them out. Since you can be signed into the One and 360 at the same time, you would not kick them out if you sign into the 360.

Playing someone else's games

If your X1 is assigned as your "home" console, then anyone that signs into your console will have Live while signed in.

If you go to someone's house that has a X1 but not a gold account and you sign in with your gold account, then they will have gold until you sign out.

So, your "home" console will also have gold from your account, but your gold membership will also follow you on other X1 consoles. That is my understanding of how Xbox Live gold accounts work on X1 now.

Simply signing into an account has zero bearing on which console holds the licences for that account's games.

But, as Daft Badger points out, sharing account information is against the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and Terms of Use.

When you purchase content the license is tied to the gamertag and the console it's purchased on. If you switch consoles you have to do a license transfer to move the licenses to the new console. Since Account 1 is banned you can't sign into it to do a license
transfer. You would have to repurchase the content for Account 2.

Once an account is banned, you forfeit everything you have left on the account.

When you purchase content such as arcade games from the Xbox Marketplace, you are typically given two licenses. One license is attached to your Xbox account, and will follow you around from console to console, allowing you to play that game even on a friend's
Xbox (provided you are connected to LIVE). The other license is attached to the console to which you first download that content. This second license allows anyone who signs in on that console to play that game, even if they do not own it.

If the purchasing account signs into a new console, the games can be downloaded and played as long you have a connection to the Xbox LIVE network. In order to play those without a LIVE connection, or with another account, you'll need to perform a License
Transfer. This is achieved by going to Settings --> Account --> License Transfer. You can do this once every four months. This function is provided to allow you to keep your licenses if you get a new console.

If you launch the arcade game and it is a demo, but you recall paying for it, then you do not have that console licensed for that content. You can 1) ensure you have a connection to Xbox LIVE, 2) re-check to make sure you are signed in with the correct
profile that originally purchased the content, and/or 3) perform a License Transfer.
