    When you realise you've lost 5000 Gamerscore overnight


    So yesterday I was trying to hit the magical 123,456 GS total yesterday (which I overshot due a late ach from 3 days ago) so I absolutely know that was my score yesterday. I come on today to find a GS of 118,671. Been on Xbox support but they have no idea
    and said to start this post.

    No, they all match. That isn't the issue. The issue is that I had a lot more Gamerscore showing less than 24 hours ago than I do now. That is a lot of Gamerscore to just suddenly lose for no apparent reason.

    Had the same issue, yesterday I had 93k GS and came online to find I lost about 6k GS.

    Update. Been checking games and there are games that now show 0 GS. Yet when I go into the details of the game, it shows the achievements as competed inc. timestamp.

    Hi

    This is normally only a system glitch and if you give it a few days this should correct itself.

    Yeah. I'm hoping that's the case, but it's not the end of the world if not. Done a full factory reset so nothing more I can do now.

    This is normally only a system glitch and if you give it a few days this should correct itself.
    Yeah. I'm hoping that's the case, but it's not the end of the world if not. Done a full factory reset so nothing more I can do now.

    Indeed! It all came back around 10pm EST last night as mysteriously as it disappeared. That was a very strange day and it had phone support scratching their heads as well. Anyhow, thanks for trying to help!
