    Good day, I activated the game (GTA IV (PC)), but when I log on to Games for Windows Live, so I got this error: When you get your purchase history occurred. Log out and try again. I tried, but I still like it there shows. (here is a screen of error: http://postimg.org/image/hapsmk513/full/ )

    Is this the error message you receive when you try to redeem your code: "An error has occurred during the transaction. Please try again later."?

    On your web browser, delete temporary files, history and cookies or try with a different browser.

    GFWL and Age of Empires 3: Can't redownload the game through GFWL client

    I was told to make a post here after a lengthy chat discussion with Microsoft's support. My problem is every time I log into GFWL client and try to redownload age of empires 3 I get: There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and

    Hello again, you can log in with your account that was trying to purchase the Game Pass and check your purchase history if your subscription is there, or you purchased it as a gift and the 25 code will be in your purchase history, or you purchased the subscription for your own account and it was activated in your Microsoft account.

    Hey there! Can you log into account.microsoft.com and check your billing history there? If it's showing up there as purchased, try logging out and back into your account on the console and see if you can download it then. Thanks!

    When looking up purchased games you could try logging in to your microsoft account at

    Login.live.com then go to purchase history

    It shows all games, subscriptions purchased etc.
