Hello LogHot, Microsoft has been working to increase rewards' regions, so this year it has expanded the list of operations that can be checked below, however we still have no news in reaction to India.

There is no information yet on when Microsoft Rewards be available in India but according to Microsoft "Microsoft Rewards, offers and redemption catalogs vary across regions. We'll gradually introduce the Microsoft Rewards program across the globe."

thank you but, the thing is i am from India and my brother who was in USA purchased that 10 dollars redeem from Microsoft rewards but I cant use it as I am in India

Unfortunately Microsoft Rewards is not available in India. You would have wait and see if they expand to other countries.
