    When Will You Do Something About the Bot Problem?


    You know that bots and scalpers are buying the majority of the Xbox Series X stock, and that the overwhelming majority of people who want to buy one cannot get their hands on one. When are you going to do something about this, Microsoft?

    I know that you're pretty busy congratulating yourselves right now, but most people who want a console cannot get one. That is a failure, not a success. The answer "don't worry, more stock will be available soon" is not an answer. That was said back at
    pre-order in September, and yet the problem persists. All stock is sold out seconds after it becomes available, and there is no system to effectively wait in line or secure a console by effort. It is literally not possible for the average person to get a
    console.

    This is the kind of problem that leads to deep dissatisfaction and frustration of your customer base, and there is literally no response from you, or acknowledgement of the problem in any official way. All of the messaging is "things are great; there is
    no problem".

    Can we get an official word on what's being done about this? Can we get some acknowledgement, at least, that there is a problem?

    QS= aim bot when they are killing you 24/7 example 50 kills 0 death all head shots No scope = More aim bot same as first one. microsoft needs to do something about the modders. its getting real bad and at the point people dont want to play anymore.

    Choose an option which you think is closest, and in the comments, type in fake bot account. the enforcement team will still get the report, and be able to do something about it.

    Yes this is a big problem right now for everyone and there are regular posts here on the forums about it. The best thing is simply do not respond to them. When you do, you are just talking to a bot with a script, so telling them to stop or leave you alone
    in messages falls on deaf ears. They will wind up sending you links to very questionable websites that you should not follow. Just ignore, block and report the bots. Don't respond to them.

    yeah, bots on Xbox Live do happen from time to time. It's best to report and block them, that way the enforcement team can do something about it.

    well there are aim bots etc for FPS... something about downloading a profile to flash, then installing game from flash and brings up the bot... was a YT video on it awhile back..
