When will Xbox come free a refund and what does it take?

I feel you on this matter and if I could do something, trust me I have done it already. I hope that you will understand that our options here are limited and what we can provide are troubleshooting steps and guides only.

I also understand that you contacted our live support multiple times already, but they are the only one who can double check everything for you and provide you with the best possible resolution.

I have contacted Xbox support.

No help, replaced consoles twice.

Read terms and conditions that is all they warrant to do so that will be all the warranty and support I get.

I am doing so many bad reviews and have had now 7 people buy a Playstation 5. So it is a rolling effect that was taken and how to support problems.

I can’t comment for playstation support but companies have become to greedy and this is an excellent example of consumer having no real power. Just spend your cash and keep spending to solve their poor engineering and software developers.

This was the response when I enquired about a refund. I would like to know after 3 Xbox x series, defaulting/reloading/resetting/changing IP’s researching and talking to the community I think to still have the same issue I am having I am being reasonable as the ultimate game pass is pricey, the console is not letting my kids play a game when they turn it on, I need to stop this restart that, power cycle, cross fingers and hope it works and they don’t want to play as it always has issues this year. So I am asking the community seeing that it is a more common issue and Xbox is not admitting it then what more can users do but ask for help then ask for a refund. It also means the entire reason I got this is gone. To play 4 players with my kids in halo campaign. Linking two Xbox’s and paying for game pass to enable this. I was happy to do it all but when a 14 Y/O can’t get this going and I have to do many things and hope it goes but I have found it won’t. Download package just sit at 0.0 and no download speed, 16 days trying on the last game and again cancelled it to see if a game loads or plays as if something is downloading then nothing operates on the console not even the Microsoft store. This is not a product they should sell. It’s rushed and a prototype to me they did not get right.
