When Will The Xbox Support Be Live Again?

I think most people use the live chat with a virtual agent or request a call back now. But yes, it would be nice if you could just call a toll free number and immediately talk to someone. At least the call back feature exists though, so you can still talk
to a live person.

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you have question on the Xbox support site. Currently support.xbox.com is up. Are you wanting support from an agent or chat? You can follow guide I created to get to either one. The number 1-800-4my xbox, is
no longer operational.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

The support website is usually available around the clock at https://support.xbox.com/

If you need support from a live agent, you might need to wait during normal business hours. These vary from country to country, but you should try at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Depending on the issue you might go to Account&Billing, click on "See other options" if a virtual agent asks you to ask a question.

Then choose "Payment and Billing" and click on "Show contact options".

Depending on the time of day and availability in your country, you should see tiles to "Chat with support" or "Request a callback".

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity on
Xbox Live Service Alerts such as what was affecting our platforms at the time of this post. I understand how this could be concerning especially if you only have so much time to play. In most cases, the Alert is resolved in a couple of hours and though
we were experiencing issues with our services, we have since cleared those affecting Xbox Ones and you should be able to get back online after a

power cycle of the console.

In the event they are affected with another Service alert in the future, please note that in many instances, there is a button that you can select to be notified when the problem's resolved. If this happens again, I would suggest clicking that and inputting
the necessary info so that you can be notified.
