    When will the XBox GameBar Record Dropdowns and Mouse Clicks?


    Hello. I'm trying to do screen captures on my computer with dropdowns and mouse clicks. When will XBox Gamebar be able to record these kinds of events? Gamebar really is the best (free) option available for screen capture currently. I have no idea why
    people charge money to simply record videos. It would be great if Microsoft could address this issue in an update.

    I checked my Graphics card and it's not nvidia. I have not tried OBS studio yet. I was looking for something simple and not so robust. Xbox Game bar came pre-installed and seemed pretty nice, but I can give OBS studio a try if this is not going to be updated.

    OBS studio can do that, but if your using a nvidia card have you tried nvidia experience, you can record in that for free too, and it does a better job in my opinion.

    open gamebar, at the top where you see the clock you will see a mouse icon called click though, click it, should stop that from happening.

    Type Gamebar in the Windows bar, click with the right mouse button>app settings and there you have the option to reset.
