When will my account be functional once again?

I had a 24 hour communications ban that was supposed to have ended Friday the 2nd. However, I am still not able to be heard in any party. I am 100% that the problem is tied to my account and a ban that is yet to be lifted on my account. I have attempted
to contact xbox live support with them leaving the chat and also hanging up for no reason.

Downloading issues?

As of right now, since I can't edit the post, it seems to be downloading once again. My net was up and functional that entire time. I have no idea what happened.

What can UK Xbox Users expect on Day One?

TBH I have only used the One Guide once. It might be more functional with a remote which is available but I am not paying $25 for a TV remove when the one I currently have works fine.

What do I have to say? Who cares? Sure MW 3 may have broken sales records, but after playing it, its really nothing special or anything impressive. Sure it has some fun moments, but BF 3 is the overall better game. When it comes to quality, quantity
means squat....just look at Twilight, and Justin Bieber.
