When will Monster Hunter World be available to buy on the digital storefront in Asia?

MH:W is advertised on my Xbox App on my phone but does not allow me to purchase it. I thought this was a ‘worldwide’ release? I live in Hong Kong and PlayStation users are enjoying the game, but seems Xbox users are missing out again. Happening far too often,
MH:W, Fortnite, Pillars of Eternity are just three of a number of games that Microsoft ignore their Asia community on and make them unable to purchase on their localised storefront.
