    When will microsoft treat its irish customers as equals with the rest of its customers?


    Right so Microsoft has its europen headquaters here in ireland,so it can use our lax tax laws,,,yet its irish customers who paid top price for our xbox one consoles still cannot use the voice control,7 MONTHS AFTER RELEASE,,,,we cannot use rte player,,tv3
    player when our fellow gamers in the UK have the use of these apps,,( theres would bbc player etc),,we in ireland pay more for our games than those in the UK and USA ,,yet we dont get the same service,,i hope someone from microsoft actually reads this and
    starts to pay attention to there irish customers and not just pay us lip service,,,,,and even if they cant fix the problem at least give us INFORMATION ,,instead of just telling us nothing,,let us know when these problems will be fixed.

    I thought it was just my xbox one but it seems to be everyone in Ireland who suffer problems with the xbox one. Microsoft is a disgusting pig of a company

    Report the hang up of customer service phone call to your local Consumer ombudsman, its poor customer service, and down right disgraceful and disgusting how they think they can just treat customers like this. Its not acceptable business practice to completely
    ignore your customers when they have a problem with your service, you have to do everything in your power to help the customer and listen to them NO MATTER WHAT! Its not acceptable to hang up on a customer and exhibits poor training in the business (its also
    technically against the law in some places).
