    Keep in mind you have to be in an xbox live region to get new xbox features

    Basically if you don't live in an xbox live region you must wait till it becomes one before advance features like xgu or rewards comes to you

    There is no information yet on when it will be available on your region but according to Microsoft: “ We'll gradually introduce the Microsoft Rewards program across the globe.”

    Hopefully, it will be available soon on your region.
